Golden Bear Cottages resort has upgraded our secure Wi-Fi high speed wireless internet available in our cabins. This new system has been installed by Charter Communications. Their engineers have designed a system perfectly suited for our five acre mountain property filled with 200 year old historic pine trees. The project had been a challenge for other wireless service companies, but was accomplished by the team at Charter. They installed a special secure system similar to the one used by the military in mountainous terrain. Now, the over 300 pine trees don't stop the signal as easily, so you can log on to the internet on your wireless laptop or other source right from your cottage. The secure wi-fi service will be FREE to our guests. Enjoy these new amenities while staying at our historic AAA approved resort!
